Jika Kamu mengalami kesulitan menemukan/mengganti password Anda di blog Speedyland hingga akhirnya kamu tidak bisa masuk ke dashboard Blog Speedyland-mu.
Silahkan Kamu ganti password Speedyland-mu yang ada di Halaman Profile Speedyland-mu, caranya :
1. Di halaman Profile Speedyland akan ada menu edit profile, jika kamu klik maka di
halaman sebelah kanan akan berubah dengan profile kamu. Di halaman tersebut kamu
pilih “Update User Profile” dan klik.
2. Selanjutnya kamu akan diarahkan ke halaman telkomspeedy.com. Silahkan masukkan
username dan password kamu lagi di form yang telah disediakan di kolom kanan. dan
Login.
3. Setelah Log In, Kamu akan di arahkan ke halaman berikutnya yaitu, “member
detail”. Di kotak isian password silahkan isi dengan password yang baru, atau
password yang sama juga tidak jadi masalah. Isi semua kotak yang diberi tanda
*(asterik) merah, kemudian klik update profile.
4. Jika berhasil, silahkan Anda menuju kehalaman Admin blog Speedyland kamu, dan
masukkan password yang telah Anda update sebelumnya di Telkomspeedy.
